Founder, CEO, Senior Construction, Design and Project Manager for North San Diego County
With decades of experience in the real estate and travel industry, Emily is the visionary leader behind San Diego Premier Outdoor. Emily holds an AA in Animal Science from Bakersfield College. Her professional journey includes diverse roles in real estate, luxury goods, customer service, sales, retail, and small business.
After a successful career in real estate, Emily started her career in outdoor remodel with an employment at a large Southern California outdoor design and construction company. After six years, Emily’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction made her decide to start SD Premier Outdoor, which propelled this company to new heights within a short period of time.
Dustin Nichols
Construction, Design and Project Manager for South San Diego County
Dustin, a founding member of SD Premier Outdoor, brings over 25 years of experience in residential renovations. Born and raised in San Diego, he follows a family legacy of three generations in construction. Early in his career, Dustin earned a reputation as a results-driven Project Manager, emphasizing communication and meticulous attention to detail.
In recent years, he has channeled his expertise into collaborating with homeowners, guiding them through the design and planning of their ideal outdoor spaces. From the initial consultation to day-to-day project oversight, Dustin ensures a smooth process, resulting in outdoor living spaces that exceed the homeowner’s expectations.
